Initial triage — free of charge
A 20-minute confidential video call with a prescribing clinician. We assess suitability, answer your questions honestly, and determine the right programme. No payment is taken at this stage. If home detox is not appropriate, we tell you — and suggest what is.
Standard Home Detox
One-off programme fee
Our core 7-day medically supervised reducing detox. Detox medication and vitamins, daily clinical monitoring and 24-hour telephone support throughout.
Suitable for: under 20 units per day, no history of severe withdrawal, and a supporter available for the first three days.
Fully refunded if our clinical assessment finds home detox is not suitable for you.
Enhanced Home Detox
One-off programme fee
A 7–8 day programme with enhanced clinical monitoring and additional support where clinically indicated.
Suitable for: higher consumption, physical or mental-health concerns, or previous withdrawal difficulties.
Fully refunded if our clinical assessment finds home detox is not suitable for you.
Enhanced + Supporter Provision
One-off programme fee
Everything in the Enhanced programme, plus a trained Ash Rehab supporter present during the first three days of detox.
Suitable for: clients who need enhanced support but do not have a suitable supporter at home.
Fully refunded if our clinical assessment finds home detox is not suitable for you.
Recovery & relapse prevention.
Detox is the first step. For clients who want ongoing support afterwards, these services can be arranged and paid for securely below. Select how many you need.
Relapse-Prevention Sessions
One-to-one remote sessions covering triggers, cravings, coping strategies and a personalised relapse-prevention plan. Choose how many you would like.
Relapse-Prevention Medication
Specialist medical review, prescribing and ongoing monitoring of anti-craving medication (Acamprosate, Naltrexone or equivalent). Choose how many months to cover.
Eligibility is assessed individually following detox and medical review. If medication is not clinically appropriate, you will be refunded in full.

Common questions.
Why can't you give an exact price before triage?
Because the right programme is determined clinically — not commercially. The number of daily visits, the medication regime, and the monitoring level all depend on your individual presentation. We will not quote a final figure until we understand what you actually need.
What does the free triage involve?
A 20-minute confidential video call with a prescribing clinician. We review your drinking history, medical background, and home circumstances. We give you an honest assessment of whether home detox is suitable — and if it is not, we tell you that too. There is no obligation and no payment is taken at this stage.
Is medication included in the price?
Yes. All prescription medication is included — chlordiazepoxide (or an equivalent reducing regime), antiemetics, vitamins, and any supplementary medication your prescriber considers clinically appropriate. There are no dispensing charges or add-ons.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price quoted after triage covers everything: prescriber time, daily nurse visits, all medication, 24-hour telephone access, and three months of structured aftercare. The only circumstance in which cost increases is if clinical need changes materially during the programme — and we would discuss that with you immediately, not invoice you afterwards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe payment portal. Payment is taken after triage, once a programme has been agreed, before the first nurse visit.
Can family members pay on behalf of a patient?
Yes. Third-party payment is common and fully supported. Clinical correspondence, however, always goes directly to the patient unless they have provided explicit written consent for a nominated contact.
