An experienced clinician completes a comprehensive assessment covering withdrawal risk, your physical and mental health, medication safety, and the suitability of your home environment.
Where needed, we may request relevant medical records to inform safe treatment planning.
If home detox is clinically appropriate, we create a programme tailored to your needs, including detox medication, nutritional support, psychosocial interventions, and a relapse prevention plan.
Your prescriber writes the regime. No two plans are the same.
Once treatment begins, you receive structured clinical support throughout: nurse visits, prescriber oversight, and 24-hour telephone access to your clinical team.
Safety, dignity, and compassionate care are our focus throughout.
Recovery continues beyond detox. We remain in contact for three months at no further charge, providing relapse prevention support, onward referrals, and aftercare planning as needed.
