Ash Rehab LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through our clinical services. Our registered address is: Unit 5 Martinbridge Industrial Estate, 240–242 Lincoln Road, Enfield, EN1 1SP. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration: ZB-481209).
What data we collect
- Contact information: name, phone number, and email address when you submit an enquiry or request.
- Clinical information: health and medical history provided during assessment or programme delivery.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited (collected automatically via Google Analytics).
- Self-assessment data: responses to our triage tool (not stored or linked to your identity unless you subsequently make contact).
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide clinical services.
- To manage your detox programme and communicate with your care team.
- To send your GP a discharge summary on completion of your programme (unless you ask us not to).
- To analyse website usage and improve our service (anonymised analytics data).
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: contract performance (to deliver the services you have requested); legitimate interests (to improve our service); legal obligation (to comply with CQC and other regulatory requirements); and, for special category health data, explicit consent or substantial public interest in the provision of health care.
Data retention
Clinical records are retained for a minimum of eight years from the date of last contact, in line with NHS guidance on clinical record retention. Contact and enquiry data where no programme follows is retained for twelve months and then securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at office@ashrehab.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
