Our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every person who uses our services. Last updated: May 2026.
Ash Rehab LTD is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk and all people who use our services. We recognise that people accessing alcohol detox support may be in vulnerable circumstances, and we take our safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
Our safeguarding policy is reviewed annually and is available on request. It sets out our approach to identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns, the referral process, staff training requirements, and our commitment to working within multi-agency safeguarding frameworks in accordance with Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023) and the Care Act 2014.
If you have a concern about the safety or welfare of a patient, a staff member, or yourself, please contact our Named Safeguarding Lead in the first instance.

Your first assessment is a 25-minute video call with a GMC-registered prescriber. No waiting room, no clinic, no disclosure to anyone you have not chosen to tell. Four short questions, answered honestly, will tell us whether a home detox is the right setting for this moment in your life.
